1. What I want you to notice
“Light sign-up” means you can start without uploading a passport. It does not mean a casino is barred from asking later. Unusual size, a payment flag, or a rule in their terms can still produce a document request. If a brand blocked a cashout behind a surprise ID wall after advertising the opposite, it would come off this list. Duelbits has not done that on the runs I have used.
